Pricing FAQ
Is the $125/hr price per vehicle or per person?
Per vehicle. Whether it is 1 or 6 passengers, the rate is the same $125/hour for the vehicle.
Is there a minimum booking time?
Yes — 2 hours minimum on hourly service. Airport transfers are different: they use a flat rate based on the distance zone, with no hourly minimum.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see in the app is the base fare plus the 27.5% platform fee and any add-ons you choose. GST at 5% is shown as a separate line at checkout. Nothing else is added.
Do you serve all of Metro Vancouver?
Yes — Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Coquitlam and beyond.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Secure, encrypted payment.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, with a full refund to the original card. Inside 24 hours a 50% fee applies. If the passenger does not show up, or the booking is never cancelled, the full amount is charged.
What taxes are added to the price?
Prices shown include the base fare and the platform fee. GST at 5% is added at checkout, as required for passenger transportation services in Canada. BC PST does not currently apply to chauffeur services.
